2. Eligibility

• RoTracker is available to users of all ages
• If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf
• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the Service
• By allowing a minor to use RoTracker, the parent or guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor's use of the Service

3. Description of Service

RoTracker is a free service that tracks Roblox game activity for users who voluntarily link their Roblox accounts. The service includes public leaderboards that display user rankings by playtime and sessions. We do not require your Roblox password, browser extensions, or direct account access to provide this service.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not use another person's account without permission
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

5. Linking Roblox Accounts

To use our tracking features, you must verify ownership of the Roblox account or possess explicit, revocable permission from the account owner. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and consents to track any linked account.

6. Leaderboards and Public Display

RoTracker features public leaderboards that rank users by playtime, studio time, and number of sessions across different time periods (All Time, This Week, This Month).

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not use RoTracker to stalk, harass, intimidate, or harm any individual
• Do not use RoTracker to track accounts without the owner's explicit consent
• Do not attempt to circumvent our verification systems
• Do not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• You explicitly acknowledge that you bear full responsibility for obtaining and maintaining necessary consent from any user whose activity you track

8. User Responsibility and Consent

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to track any Roblox account linked to your RoTracker account. RoTracker assumes no liability for verification of consent beyond our standard verification process. Misuse of the Service to monitor individuals without their consent may violate applicable laws and will result in immediate termination of your account.

9. Intellectual Property

RoTracker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RoTracker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. RoTracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of RoTracker is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoTracker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, including but not limited to damages arising from your use of the service, any actions taken against your Roblox account, or any unauthorized access to or use of our servers.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RoTracker, its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
